No, it’s neither a marketing gimmick nor hype. You can now ask any query pertaining to your particular wordpress theme that you want to customize. And that too for upto 90 days after your purchase of wordpress theme customization video tutorial.
What is covered (and what is not) in this Free email support?
1. Any query regarding any customization discussed in the video tutorials only.
2. These queries must be for customizing any one theme that you may have. Queries are limited to one theme per customer.
3. I will not develop custom graphics or custom code. This is a support offer and not a free graphics or code offer. Pointers will be given to existing gpl code (if available) and how to use it for your custom requirements. I will support you via email to show you how to insert your graphics in the header instead of those provided with the theme, but I will not develop the actual custom graphics itself. Hope that is clear.
4. Wordpress is a powerful software but has it’s limitations just like any other software in the world. There might be things that you want to do with it that are beyond it’s capabilities (At least I wanted it to do many such things). Unfortunately my email support will not cover such customization requests. Since you may not be clear on the limitations of the wordpress system, it is best that you email me your theme customization requirements beforehand and confirm whether it comes under the free offer or not. When in doubt always ask beforehand.
